JC specifically told me in his sales pitch, if they damaged my sprinkler system, they would repair it for free. Well, they damaged it and after unreturned calls and having someone else come out to reroute my system away from the damaged pipe, JC had a fit about springing for the $365 repair job, which I thought was a very fair amount for the work done and time spent on it. After finally agreeing to reimburse me in full, he decided to jerk me around one last time by sending me half the amount he promised. Other than that, the Turf is fine and I was pleased with the look, they just are not a trustworthy company to work with. Less
