Malaya from Vert Environmental did an excellent job during my inspection. She was very personable from the start and made it easy to discuss the concerns I had about my home. She listened carefully, answered my questions clearly, and never made the process feel rushed.Throughout the inspection she was very methodical and thorough while walking through the interior and exterior of the house, checking potential problem areas. She collected multiple air samples and also swabbed a specific area I was concerned about to make sure it was properly evaluated.What I appreciated most was her professionalism and attention to detail.
