I’m truly grateful for Superglass of Concord. While I was traveling in Charlotte, my car was broken into and my door window was completely shattered. In what could have been a really stressful situation, Todd and his team showed up with professionalism, urgency, and care.They handled a same‑day replacement, kept me informed every step of the way by calling and texting when they were en route, and even took the time to clean all of the broken glass out of my car. That level of attention and respect meant a lot to me.And let me be clear: THEY DO MORE THAN JUST WINDSHIELDS! They really do need to update their marketing and website to reflect that they do car door windows as well.The owner Todd, is a class act, and his team is fantastic. This is the second time I’ve used Superglass of Concord. Love that they come out to me, as it would have been difficult to drive to a shop with a shattered rear window.Both times, they have shown up on time, been extremely professional, cleaned up behind themselves, and done a great job at a fair price. I’d highly recommend them for any of your auto glass needs. If the need arises again in the future, I will be using them again.

I used Superglass of Concord to replace a cracked windshield on my 2025 Honda Ridgeline. Scheduling was easy and convenient. Todd and his crew replaced the windshield in a timely manner with great attention to detail. They performed a camera calibration and verified everything was working properly.
