Really a good experience. The session was really engaging and really open for people doing Muay Thai for the first time. The coaches made sure we knew what we should do, practiced it, and ensure it was safe for everyone to do. Would really recommend people looking to train martial arts!

My kids have only been attending for about a month, but they really love it — every time, they look forward to the next class with excitement. The coaches are very attentive, know how to connect with children, and you can see how engaged everyone is and how happy they are to follow along and complete the activities.As a mom, I especially appreciate that the classes are warm and encouraging, with no pressure, but still with clear structure and discipline. Jujitsu is an awesome sport/activity for anyone but especially boys. Coaches are all very kind, patient, fun and very encouraging. They are also good examples of discipline and respect.
