Requesting a quote was easy, pricing was reasonable based on my search and appointment availability was convenient additionally the cleaning of my place was done with care, quality and in a timely manner. There was a slight language barrier but in current times that does not have to be a roadblock and instead you figure out alternatives for relaying information and getting a point across when you realize that is the situation. This was a terrible experience. They sent one crew out who did such an abysmal job that they had to send another. I had to pay extra for the baseboards, which they just smeared dirt on and then left the wet rag they had used on the floor. My maintenance guy was over with his wife who said "I thought cleaners came." and ended up doing it herself. This was supposed to be "pristine " and move in/out ready according to the website. It was nowhere close. Do not waste your money or effort on this company as it is a waste of both.
