⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I had a great experience here! They did an amazing job changing my oil, and the customer service was excellent. Everyone was super nice, patient, and willing to answer all my questions. They also took the time to explain things and let me know if there was anything wrong or anything my car needed attention with. I really appreciated their honesty, kindness, and professionalism. Absolutely outstanding experience at Costa Oil! Bill and Naza went above and beyond to provide some of the best customer service I’ve experienced at an automotive shop. From the moment I arrived, they were welcoming, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I was taken care of. The entire process was incredibly quick, efficient, and hassle-free, without sacrificing the quality of service. What really stood out to me was their positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to make the experience as smooth as possible. It’s refreshing to find people who take pride in their work and treat customers with respect. Bill and Naza are a huge asset to this location, and their exceptional service is exactly why businesses earn loyal customers. If you’re in Harrisonburg and need an oil change, I highly recommend Costa Oil. I’ll definitely be coming back. 10/10 experience and easily five stars!
