The food here is absolutely amazing, and the service is just as incredible! Everything we ordered was delicious, but the Frogi Paneer is seriously to die for! The Hakka noodles and kulcha naan were also outstanding. Everything was full of flavor and exceeded our expectations!I also want to give a special shoutout to our server, I believe his name was KC. He was absolutely outstanding! So accommodating, attentive, and had such a positive attitude throughout our entire experience. You can tell he genuinely cares about making sure his guests have a great time.We will definitely be back, not only because of the incredible food but also because of the exceptional service! This place is a brand new addition to the Indian cuisine scene of Rochester. Have had the pleasure of vising for lunch buffet on multiple occasions. Was highly impressed with the food and decor. They have a party room as well. Manager KC took great care of us, and the chicken biriyani, chicken tikka masala, fish pakora and malai kofta deserve particular mention for the excellent taste. Great experience led to us giving a catering order, and Tasty Indian Bistro didn't disappoint. The food tasted great and was in sufficient quantity as well. Highly recommended.

The food was delicious!! This may be my new favorite Indian restaurant in the area. We also had varying spice levels in our order and it was done perfectly! My son enjoyed his mild dish and my husband liked his spicy vindaloo. We ordered takeout so the limited service we had was great and as far as the atmosphere goes it seems comfortable. The dining room is small but feels inviting and the bar area is also nice.

Great food and nice atmosphere. There is a room in the back for larger parties. The service was really attentive and they were very accommodating to vegans. Some of us got the dinner buffet and some ordered off the menu. All the food was delicious. We will definitely be back.

Recently we had my wife’s birthday celebrations here, and the experience was flawless from start to finish. The ambiance was perfect, upscale, and welcoming. Every dish looked like it belonged in a food magazine. The presentation was absolutely beautiful. The guests were amazed how much attention the the chef put into both the appearance and flavor of each dish. One of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time! It is very pretty and incredibly clean, we were greeted immediately and with kindness and suggestions for it being our first time. The food was incredible, very beautifully plated, and came out extremely fast. The service was incredible and the waiter even surprised us with a mango drink at the end. You must try!

The South Indian preparations and tandoori paneer tikka were excellent. Overall we liked the food but found it was spicy, make sure to order mild spicy if not used to it. The service was excellent, we were served by Claret.

2026-09-06T01:13:11.858Z

Amazing food, amazing ambience, everything is great overall. The paneer tikka was our biggest highlight, so flavourful! Claret is the best server. We would come back again!
