I have to say that in my considerable experience of receiving physiotherapy due to injuries picked up through various sports and general wear and tear, the service provided at Paul Gough Physio Rooms, Guisborough is outstanding. I have undergone treatment from Miss White using cups, acupuncture and massage and each session has given me pain relief and increased mobility in the injured area. The environment is relaxing and thoroughly conducive to treatment and recovery. All the staff are friendly, caring and supportive - which is exactly what you need when feeling vulnerable and sore. A 5* rating thoroughly deserved.

Great team and great service, my back ache seems to have gone but I go for monthly sessions to keep it at bay, I’ve also had acupuncture there and experienced cupping for my achy shoulders after CrossFit, I would definitely recommend Paul Gough Physio.

Highly recommend Paul Gough Physio Rooms Guisborough & I particularly recommend Jade ⭐️I broke my right wrist & thumb 18 months ago & was left with very little movement or strength after I was discharged from NHS physio.Jade was recommended by a family member & I am so thankful that they did.Jade put together a package of exercises, physio & manipulation which with her help & encouragement has given back movement, flexibility & strength.I was so impressed with the treatments offered I am continuing with physio & acupuncture.Thank you so much Jade xx

A great experience with Urban body physiotherapy. Went there with and old and persistent football injury that wouldn't heal. The team were great and gave me a clear recovery plan. I am now back to playing football better than ever. There are no issues with my previous injury and I'm grateful for their help.

Been struggling with niggling constant shoulder and neck pain. After consultation had some follow up treatments which also involved a physio program to build up strength in the areas effected. Worked really well and will carry on with the exercises. Always professional and accommodating around a busy schedule.
