Professional and will use again. Our dryer was both squeaking and throwing an AF code. I contacted Igor through marketplace but he reached back out immediately with next day availability but I wasn’t home. He showed at the scheduled time, texted on his way, and brought a young man helper with him. Both were equally polite and professional. He replaced the broken part and also cleared a well made bird nest (no birdies present) from the exterior vent which is obviously a fire hazard. Repair took maybe 45 minutes and paid via Venmo. I will use him again should we need him and rec hom to anyone that needs an appliance repaired!
