What began as a repair for my dryer turned into an exceptional service experience from beginning to end.Igor was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and personable. Not only did he identify and repair the problem with my dryer, but he also discovered that the air vent was blocked and took the extra step of cleaning it out. He then went above and beyond by diagnosing and repairing my washer as well. I truly appreciated the care and attention he gave to both appliances rather than simply addressing the initial issue and leaving.It was also a wonderful surprise to receive a military discount, which I sincerely appreciated.It is rare these days to encounter someone who takes such pride in their work and genuinely cares about doing the job right. Igor came out quickly and identified the issues with my washing machine, dishwasher and range vent hood. Some parts had to be ordered but had them overnight and returned the next afternoon to complete the job. This was not the first company I called to come out. That company refused to look at the vent hood and the dishwasher was leaking but they said there wasn’t a problem after two techs came out and inspected it. It continued to leak so I searched and found Inspire. Igor came out and fixed the problems with the dishwasher and vent hood but unfortunately my washing machine had to be replaced as those parts were discontinued and crazy expensive online. Inspire arrived quickly and when they said they would and know what they are doing. Highly recommend!

Professional and will use again. Our dryer was both squeaking and throwing an AF code. I contacted Igor through marketplace but he reached back out immediately with next day availability but I wasn’t home. He showed at the scheduled time, texted on his way, and brought a young man helper with him. Both were equally polite and professional. He replaced the broken part and also cleared a well made bird nest (no birdies present) from the exterior vent which is obviously a fire hazard. Repair took maybe 45 minutes and paid via Venmo. I will use him again should we need him and rec hom to anyone that needs an appliance repaired!
