I will never let another salon touch my hair again.I became extremely sick and ended up in the ER. During that time, I kept my hair in a bun because I barely had the energy to take care of myself. When I finally took it down, my hair was severely matted.I went to another salon first and was told I would have to shave my head.I called Crown Salon after hours in tears and left a voicemail. The next morning, I called again, absolutely bawling, because my hair was down to my hips and I was devastated. They called me back and explained that they were booked out for days, but I asked if they could please just look at my hair.They told me to come in right away. I was there within five minutes.Even though they were completely booked, the salon team decided they were going to fit me in and work together to save my hair. I cried. They comforted me. They spent hours carefully brushing out the mats between other clients, with multiple stylists stepping in to help.They saved my hair.I came back two weeks later for a cleanup haircut, and once again multiple stylists worked together to make sure my hair looked and felt healthy.On top of being incredibly talented, they are genuinely some of the nicest people I have ever met. They treated me with so much compassion and kindness during a situation that was incredibly emotional and embarrassing for me, and I will never forget that.Kendall, Sarah, Katie, Andrea, and Gregory: thank you. You saved hair I had spent years growing, and you made me feel cared for the entire time.I will forever be a loyal customer.And yes, I will be brushing my hair every single day from now on.

Ann Marie did my hair and makeup for my wedding, and I cannot recommend her enough! She is incredibly talented, easy to work with, and knew exactly how to bring my vision to life. From our first conversation, she was professional, kind, and made the entire experience stress-free.She did my hair and makeup for both my rehearsal dinner and wedding day, and I received so many compliments. Her attention to detail and ability to execute exactly what I wanted was truly impressive.I also had one of her organic spray tans before the wedding, and it was one of the best spray tans I've ever had—so natural-looking and flawless! The salon itself is beautiful, welcoming, and carries great products.Honestly, I would trust Ann Marie with my hair any day, not just for special occasions. If you're looking for someone for your wedding, rehearsal dinner, or just everyday hair services, she is the absolute best! Love her!

When I tell you I've been to every salon in Saratoga, Albany, Latham, Loudonville, Clifton Park, Burnt Hills and many many more. No one could fully grasp how to grey blend on blonde hair. Ann Marie is a hair guru! Her 30+ years of experience are extremely evident. Not only did she lesson my maintenance time, she completely covered my grays without a base color. It looks like my natural hair. I was literally blown away. Her haircuts are precise and high caliber. Best haircut I've ever had in 30 years! We are truly lucky to have someone as talented and passionate about everything to do with hair as Ann Marie. She educated me all along the way and was honest about what was realistic for my hair. She is by far the most incredible hair stylist in the tri-state area. Not to mention she's an absolute delight to be around. I highly, highly recommend. You will not be disappointed. My hair looks the best it ever has. I can't even articulate how happy I am to have found Crown Salon. Everyone in her Salon was warm and kind and just a joy to be around. I had such a great experience at Crown Salon! Andrea was my stylist, and she was incredibly sweet, patient, and truly eased my hair anxiety. After my previous stylist of over a decade moved away, I honestly struggled to find a new “hair home” and someone I felt comfortable trusting with my hair. Andrea made me feel so at ease from the moment I sat in her chair. She listened, reassured me, and made the whole experience feel comfortable and stress-free. I absolutely love my haircut and bouncy blowout, and left feeling so happy and confident. I’m so happy to have finally found a salon and stylist I feel confident returning to. I’ve been going to Andrea Pozzi for over a year now, and she’s absolutely amazing! She always nails my color—it looks fresh, vibrant, and natural every time. Andrea is also incredibly personable and makes the whole experience enjoyable and comfortable. I saw Andrea for my first ever keratin treatment and I'm thrilled with the results. Andrea was kind, helpful, and just the right amount of chatty for me. She taught me that there is a demi-permanent dye we could do if I ever want to cover my grays without it being completely permanent. Great experience overall!

Amazing experience at the salon today! My first time there and it was a treat! From the fantastic shampoo to the haircut itself, which was by Anjel! She made my thin hair look better than it has in a while and recommended some great products. Even walked me to my car with an umbrella! Excellent service, beautiful salon, great owner and staff!

Salon is beautiful and clean! Very high end, professional stylists who know how to care for your hair and skin. Andrea is a superb colorist. I have so many compliments on my hair color and style. She is super nice and is passionate about her work. Highly recommended!! I also highly recommend Crown Salon for your next blowout. The chairs are massage chairs along with amazing scalp massage. Ann Marie is passionate about what she does and is so very talented, she gave me the most beautiful cut and color and really understood why I had been frustrated with my experiences the past several years. She listened to what I was looking for while being a realist with my expectations. She is also a wonderful person to talk to and so funny! Her staff were welcoming and a pleasure to be around, I think it’s awesome that she is training them with her specific techniques and skills because she truly is gifted. Anjel from Crown Salaon did an amazing job for both my bridal hair AND makeup for my wedding day. Excellent! Easy to communicate with, very responsive and professional. I’m don’t have the most versatile vocabulary when it comes to cosmetology but she walked me through figuring out exactly what I wanted for my big day. She was super helpful in teaching certain phrases and looks during our makeup trial and I ended up getting exactly what I was looking for. She is very versatile in different styles, applications and the material she works with. For my hair she made sure I liked it along the way and that I was comfortable when placing the many bobby pins. She is a a highly skilled makeup artist and hair stylist. Her work was truly flawless! Would recommend without hesitation!
