We decided to go with Pathway Mortgage Group, Inc. for our first time home buying experience, instead of the builder's lender upon buying a new development home because we felt much more comfortable with Barb and her team! Even with multiple delays due to construction, Barb honored her agreement with us to cover closing costs like builder's lender would have. Barb and her team were responsive and very professional throughout the whole ordeal and made sure we knew the steps along the way! Could not recommend Pathway Mortgage enough!!Update: We went with Pathway Mortgage Group, Inc. for our 2nd home buying purchase and they were incredible as always! We threw some wrenches in their normal plan but they worked hard to make sure we were able to close on time. They are still super communicative and willing to answer any questions we had!
