Chris visited and tried to sync my spare Polo key with the car, but it wouldn’t work so priced up a new key. He also looked at my locked boot and quoted for that as well.

Chris was responsive when I got in touch on a Sunday after keys to my friend’s car went missing. Chris came out promptly at a convenient time and explained the nature of the problem (it was more complex because half the key had broken off in the lock beforehand) and the cost and timeline to fix it. Happily, a neighbour returned the missing key when they saw Chris working on the car, so we did not end up booking the job. However, I would recommend Chris for his communication and professionalism.
