We highly recommend Blueprint Home Services! They replaced our roof November 27th of 2024. It only took them about 5 or 6 hours, and they did a wonderful job on the roof and of cleaning up the debris. Shortly after the roofers left, Daniel came back with another guy, and they went through the entire area again with the machine that picks any nails, or metal pieces, and they also made sure that all of the shingle debris had been removed. Then Daniel told us they would be coming back to paint the part just beneath the roof eaves so that it would match the rest of the house! When they came to do it, it only took about 30-45 minutes, and everything looked beautiful and they left us the leftover paint so we could do our own touch ups elsewhere if we ever needed to. It was almost an entire gallon of very good paint that matched perfectly! And I would like to add that Daniel offered to help us with our insurance company, and he said "I'm good at it. I know how they can give you the runaround and delay things." So of course, we said sure! And he was right. He IS very good at it. Everything moved along quickly after that! We are very pleased with Blueprint. We received many quotes for getting our entire roof redone. Blueprint was middle of pricing but was the most transparent in telling us what we would get for the price. Daniel personally came back to inspect and make sure everything he said he would do was done. Both the roof and solar crews were extremely professional and efficient. Daniel was responsive to our questions and in communicating scheduling and timing of the crews. We feel we got an excellent product with exceptional service. In the end they delivered, and gave us exactly what they said they would in the time frame they gave us. We are very satisfied and would highly recommend them!

We love dealing with Blueprint Home Services and Daniel. His company did great work on our roof replacement and outside house painting. Our 20 year old house looks brand new. The best part is dealing with an honest contractor. This is a 5 Star contractor!
