I am 53 years old, and enjoy running and triathlons. I was fortunate enough to learn about Bethany's physical therapy practice through our local athletic club. I came to her for some help to heal tension in my lower back and pelvic floor...things I've dealt with on and off for many (many) years, but reaching a point where my running and athletic performance were suboptimal due to tightness and, at times, acute pain in my core and gluteal muscles. I appreciate the time she takes to explain, through the use of various models and visual aids, what she's doing and the overarching objective we are working towards. The exercises she prescribes in between visits are very helpful. Lastly, she is connected to other local professionals, and in my case I benefited from a specific type of chiropractic technique to complement the work she does with the muscles and fascia. Bethany has been a key partner in helping me to improve and maintain optimal health and body function!

Bethany is a wonderful PT and just a lovely human. I started seeing her in preparation for birth due to pelvic pain and wanting to be prepared for recovery. I ended up having a surgical birth, and Bethany has been so knowledgeable about C-section recovery. She always gives reasonable, impactful home exercise ideas, and really supported me to be active in my pregnancy and post-birth recovery. I can't recommend her highly enough for pelvic pain, pregnancy therapy, and preparation for and recovery from birth.
