My wife and I are super happy with this service. Communication was quick with phone call and follow up text messages. Thank you so much Prime Plumbing Experts for all of your help! We had so many projects to work on and they took care of all of them. The first time we called them was for our toilet, it was leaking from the bottom and we wanted an upgrade anyways. They replaced it fast and efficient and what I loved most is they left everything very clean. The second time we called them because out 17 year old water heater finally went out. They came out and replaced it the next day! They also noticed corrosion on the top pipes which we replaced too. They just finished their 3rd job with us yesterday which was a big one. They did a full repipe of our whole house. Honestly we got a few different quotes for different companies with license and insurance, and they beat all their prices. You can find cheaper, but we prefer the safety of licensed plumbers. Because of all their exceptional work, friendly safe and 5 star experiences we receive each time, they truly deserved this review. This is the second time that Johnny has come out to do work on my property. The first was a shut off valve and it was quick easy and well priced. He was professional and thorough and explained everything to me as he went. This time I knew I was calling Johnny again when my water heater needed to be replaced. I called him. He came out a few days later. The price was fair and he was done in less than three hours. As long as Johnny is around, and as long as I live in his serviceable area, I don’t think I will ever need to look for another plumber again.
