I’m very happy with the work of Dryer Vents Superheroes in ABQ. Peter’s communications were very good in setting up the appointment with Javier, the tech who did the work. Javier arrived on time, was very personable, and explained everything. After he left, I ran a load of wet clothes through the drying cycle, and they came out dry, fluffy, and smelling great! I was afraid my old dryer would need to be replaced, but after Javier’s work, it looks as though she may have a few years left in her!

Peter was a phenomenal technician! Very communicative, thorough, highly knowledgeable/experienced, and kind. He was able to come out just a few days after I requested service and took care of things very efficiently. The rates are incredibly reasonable. Highly recommend if you have any known dryer vent issues or just need a routine cleaning. The piece of mind I now have with knowing my vents are cleared is priceless. Thank you!

After months of elongated dryer times, I finally gave in and scheduled a visit with Dryer Vent Superheroes. My assigned technician was Peter. Peter was originally scheduled to come over at 4 pm, but didn’t arrive until 4:35 due to challenges with prior appointments. He did send me a text ahead of time that he was running late, which was greatly appreciated.Once he arrived, he was very polite and professional. I followed him around so I can understand what he was doing, and he had no problem explaining to me everything he was doing. He ended up finding a bird’s nest inside my vent, plus a noticeable amount of lint. He also found a wasp’s nest inside another vent (fortunately it was abandoned!).Overall a pleasant experience. I would not hesitate to call Peter back when I feel the vents need another cleaning.
