Wonderful experience all around! Easy to set up appointment, got e-mail and text message reminders. When Javier was on his way to our appointment, he texted and let us know. Showed up right on time and got to work. He was very polite and professional. Luckily our dryer vent was not as dirty as I had feared, owning dogs and laundering their blankets, and never having had the vent cleaned out. Javier showed us before and after images of the cleaning. Extremely pleased and will definitely recommend and use again for routine maintenance now.

Javier provided excellent customer service! I like details, so I appreciated the thoroughness of the inspection and treatment process conducted by him. Javier started by reviewing the work done a year ago to familiarize himself with the service history, Then he explained the camera examination and treatment process.
