Not knowing any tile cleaners, and desperately needing some, I chose Harbor Tile based on the reviews I read. Like other 5 star reviews my experience with them was excellent! I was given an estimate based on my husband walking off the distance in each room but was told Harbor tile would measure again to be sure. As it turns out the square footage was less than we thought so we were charged quite a bit less for the job. What a pleasant surprise that was—And a testament to the honesty of the company! Johnny and Alex arrived with a sweet note and goodie bag for our dog, who was thrilled! They arrived when they said they would and finished the job earlier than expected, doing a wonderful job of cleaning the tiles and also sealing the grout. They were careful with our furniture and left everything as they found it—minus dirt! I would recommend this company to anyone. Choosing Harbor Tile is like dealing with trusted friends!

Such a pleasant experience working with this company!! From beginning to end, they were great at communicating and providing an estimate, and even adjusted the price when the square footage ended up being less. They did a fantastic job and everything looks like new!

My tech Alex was amazing!!!! We have two dogs that are couch loungers all day so it can get kind of messy. My couches look brand new!!! We had company coming into town and wanted to get it cleaned and we didn't have a lot of time. The office lady was so accommodating and made it happen the next day!!!! The service is top notch!!!! If anyone needs any kind of upholstery, tile, or carpet and even grout please call Harbor Time and carpet cleaning!!!!! They are amazing from start to finish. They even call to ask how it went and if they could do anything better. Looking for constructive criticism and meaning it. This is a professional company and take customer service really serious!!!! Found Harbor Cleaning from one of the posts at Moms of Wellington Group. They were highly recommended by one of the members. We called them to come and service our home and they tried to fit us in the soonest they could. They were very professional and even brought in doggy treats for our fur babies and a note for them ❤️ dog people are good people! Amazing work, amazing character, will definitely use them again.
