Our HOA had a concept of installing an AV system with 2 85" TV displays - for streaming from apple devices, google devices, HDMI and USB-C cable connections. MerkenIT (Cody) did an excellent job with the installation and was unsparing with his time to get the system programed so that non-tech users would only have to touch an icon on the control iPad. Cody was always available to answer questions and to provide some training to our tech person. Excellent work. Excellent see-through until all the tasks were completed (even when we threw in an extra requirement in the middle of the installation.) Thanks to MerkenIT (Cody)
