The team was great! We had 3 regular windows replaced and 1 bow window that we had changed into 3 casement windows with custom trim around it. The guys were prompt, efficient, clean and super friendly. I don’t think I’ve ever had a contractor leave such a clean worksite.The windows are great. We are super happy with them. They were replacing 30 year old windows. The previous owner replaced some of the windows with a competitors windows and you can see the difference in quality and craftsmanship between the two different companies.

We have had Window perfections replace all of the windows in our home over several years (38total). They have been very thorough and precise in the installation . The windows are excellent quality and help cut down air and noise from the outside. We highly recommend this company as being very reputable, trustworthy, and truly Christian people. I want to share my personal experience of dealing with Window Perfections in case it helps anyone. Since we didn't end up going with WP on our windows, I don't want to affect their rating so I'll just leave 5 stars like everyone else.First, Mark emphasizes on good quality windows AND high quality installation. I have only good things to say about their product and attention to detail when it comes to installing.WP was our first quote. When Mark came to our house, he made it clear that he wanted us to sign a contract with them that day. Even after telling him we weren't deciding until we've looked at competitors and had a few days to think it over, he pushed us to sign. We didn't. We got 2 other quotes from competitors within a few weeks. I went back to Mark after all quotes came in and Marks price went up by a lot. This was a shock we weren't prepared for so my wife and I decided to go back and talk it over again since it was a big financial decision. A couple of weeks went by and I scheduled to meet Mark at his showroom to go over some final questions and he did confirm that the price would go up a 3rd time if I went home to talk it over with my wife. I think this was the point that started to steer me away from WP.We got the feeling this was a pricing tactic to make a fast decision with a threat of the price going up each time we waited. The 2 other competitors (WW and SV) didn't have this short price expiration. In fact, WW quoted us a price that was good for 6 months. I just wasn't comfortable shelling out thousands of dollars without having time to talk it over at home.Other things worth mentioning- he has a highly technical presentation that quite frankly wore us out after 2 hours of talking. Even as an engineer it was a bit much to listen to.Mark has what he calls a "VIP" pricing structure. It stands for Volume Incentive Pricing. This system didn't work that well for us since we only wanted 5 windows, so we felt stuck at the higher-priced end of the bracket.We genuinely were disappointed that WP didn't work out for us because they did offer a great window and installer experience/knowledge. Ultimately, the price was just out of reach for us. We settled on SV, but I don't think you'll be disappointed with WP's windows if you choose them.My only recommendation: get their quote last since they don't guarantee the price of any amount of time.

Brian and Kenny just left our house. They were here 3 days and replaced 22 windows and a sliding glass door. They were friendly, efficient, hard workers who are very conscientious about their work. We could not be more pleased with the product and these two installers. Mark, the owner of Window Perfections, explained the process and told us his installers were top notch. They definitely were!! These 2 men were not only polite, but they were exceptionally neat,wore covers over their shoes before putting drop cloths down and cleaned up the work areas perfectly. We’d give them a 10+. Brian and Ken did an excellent job replacing windows in my home. I do home improvement work for others and know what to look for. I was on the ladder when Ken wasn’t and watched how they took care of damage caused by water. They always cleaned up any mess they made immediately before it got tracked around. The miters and finish work were excellent and my wife and I couldn’t be happier with the finished work.

Our experience with Window Perfections was perfection! We had two windows removed and replaced with one window in our bathroom, and when the crew was finished the bathroom ws spotless and from the outside the siding was done so well you couldn't tell anything had happened! They even searched and found the one supplier that had the exact siding, even though the house was built in 1999. They went above and beyond for us and they will for you too.

We had a local box company put windows and door in ten year ago thinking we wouldn’t need to replace them . Unfortunately they were lousy . We met Jacob at a craft show and we shared with him our problems and he promised that he had great windows snd door that would solve it. We hesitated but we gave in. He came to our home showed us the windows and the price but promised it will make our home more valuable and a great investment. Then we met the installer, we were so impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. The way they finished each step of the installation and detail to everything was amazing. They worked very well together. They were very polite and respectful of us snd our property. I give Jacob snd the boys a 10 . One last thing, THANk YOU to everyone who made it possible taking care of our home snd making last minute changes. I’ll recommend Window Perfection to everyone ! A #10 yo everyone !

The windows took longer to be delivered than expected but the quality seems great. No longer feel any drafts. I absolutely love the look of them. The installers were very professional, respectful of our property, and took pride in the quality of work they did. They were very accommodating with the children and animals. We had 6 windows replaced in our home on 09/04/25. We stopped in the office and talked to Marissa to set up an appointment. Mark and Marissa came to our home to talk to us. They were very friendly and explained everything thoroughly to us,as well as showing us examples of the windows we were considering. There were no hard sell tactics, just a description of the windows and the price to complete the installation. To be honest, we were not looking to spend a lot of money. When we found out that it was going to cost a little more than we wanted to spend at this time, the Mrs and I discussed what we wanted to do. We decided that if they were as good as advertised, we would do it. We were so glad we did. Brian, Ken,and Jim were so professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with. They covered everything so they didn't make a mess, and they always removed their shoes when they had to walk where they couldn't cover. They cleaned everything up where they worked and a little more!! We couldn't be any happier and I would highly recommend them!! P.S. Mark and the team at Window Perfections put in four 94 x 54 windows in our family room. From the first time we met his team we were impressed. They take the time to listen to what you want and then make recommendations. They aren't in a hurry and don't pressure you into a sale. They want you to be happy with the end product- and we certainly were!! The two guys that installed the windows could not have been nicer and they did an excellent job- when they completed all four and cleaned up you would never know they were even there. They had everything cleaned up and even contact me prior to leaving to see if I had any questions (I was at work).Mark came by today and took some pictures and spent more time checking the windows and making certain we were satisfied with the work. We've had Mark and his crew replace all of our windows over the past two years. We were so pleased with the first group that we had them replace the rest this year. They did a fantastic job from the estimate, to the measurements to the install. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. But most of all they were extremely clean and conscientious about tracking dirt onto our new flooring and carpets. They laid drop clothes in every room and took shoes off to do it. They totally cleaned up afterward and took everything. They didn't try to stuff things into our garbage! They do superior work, do not cut corners, and install quality product. We love the new windows and highly recommend them to install yours.

I had an outstanding experience every step of the way with Window Perfections!! I HIGHLY recommend you speak with Mark. He is a straight shooter and everything he told me unfolded afterward exactly as he originally said. His installation team was incredibly professional and treated my home with the utmost respect.I am writing this review six months after replacing all of the original windows on the first floor of my 1960s ranch home. The energy savings were felt even before they finished the two-day job. The project occurred during an early-August heat wave, and the cooling that my home experienced was noticeable that same day. These Okna brand windows blocked out the heat of the sun from ratcheting up the temperature in every room of my home. For the remainder of August and September, I turned on my AC a lot less often than I expected because the inside of the house was very comfortable.More importantly, the wintertime energy savings were even more apparent. My heating bill from Dec. 2024 was slightly lower than the one from Dec. 2023 -- despite it being an average of 7 degrees colder in 2024 and a rate increase from my natural gas supplier. Mind-blowing!!Other major benefits I've noticed over the last six months is a significant reduction in road noise (I live near a heavily trafficked road in State College) and other outside sounds. Plus, I think they just plain look nicer and are far easier to maneuver than other vinyl windows I've seen in other homes. Ignore the reputation vinyl has, these are premium windows!Once again, I can't recommend Window Perfections enough. Do yourself a favor and give them a call if you are looking to upgrade your home.
