Our experience with Roberto was excellent. He was very helpful and explained the various washing machines we were looking at. The one he recommended we purchased and it is working great.

Bernie was great throughout the whole process from greeting us upon arrival until the purchase was completed. He was very informative on all the appliances we inquired about before purchase and followed up after units were delivered as well. I would recommend everyone to at least stop by Ventura TV to see what they have to offer, it was a great experience!
