I just completed the 6-week challenge and lost 26 lbs. What started with just a hope to lose some weight turned into so much more than I could have imagined.My pre-diabetes is gone, my sleep has immensely improved, I’m stronger, my conditioning and overall health has improved each week with measurable results. Best of all, I just feel good and want to keep discovering all the benefits I can uncover with what I have learned!This whole experience made me really understand the meaning behind the Lift mission to lift you up! They really have everything down to a science, literally. The program includes an easy-to-follow meal plan, a coach that guides you along the way, a coaching app to give you accountability and assistance, a bunch of helpful videos and content that leaves no stone unturned, access to a wide variety of group workout classes, high-tech body scans, and even a free heart rate monitor that is interactive with screens in the gym to make workouts a shared group user experience with goals and earning points. The workouts are always different, challenging, fun, and you can tell a lot has gone into programming the schedule.Beyond the science and technology though, it’s the people of Lift that really make it special. From the second you walk in, you’re treated like a family member by everyone on staff and members alike. The instructors lead the classes in a way that brings out the best in you, always encouraging you to challenge yourself to get the most out of every exercise in every workout, all while making it fun, upbeat, and sometimes downright funny. I’m so glad I found the Lift family, they have genuinely changed my life!
