I couldn’t be happier with my SMP. I was really nervous & unsure about getting it done because I’d seen some pretty bad examples of it online.Louise explained everything really thoroughly and professionally and put me totally at ease. My priority was that it was subtle and undetectable, and it ended up both of those things. It looks entirely natural and has been a complete game changer.Couldn’t recommend Quantum enough, Louise is an artist!

Maybe its just me but dont know.I have been there once paid deposit,she booked me second time,While trying to save appoitment date she said anyway i will remind you one day before,also paid deposit again.When i ask she said you missed your appoitment and asked for recheduling.I said no because she clearly makes me in fault.She even dont offered me to pay my deposit money back.Not happy its expensivr and also this is the situation.

Had a tattoo that i hated, you know when your young and do daft things, anyway, Louise was recommended to me, all I can say is she is lovely, very honest, i have had 5 sessions so far, she said from the very beginning it could take 5 to 10 , i think 6 will do it, she is very professional but also very friendly , can't recommend her enough.

I researched for a month country wide to find a SMP specialist. I eventually had a chat with Louise at Quantum!! She really filled me with confidence and made me believe I would suit it so just to be sure we started really light then after a couple of sessions it literally started to really grow on me!! Had a red ink tattoo on the back off my leg. It was no longer wanted. I am so glad I contacted Louise. Day one a nice coffee and test of the laser. Session 2 thinking it's not doing much this laser. But OMG.. session 3.4.5.. it was the real deal. Louise cranked it up n the tattoo was just disappearing. 6 sessions in total. Absolutely tremendous comfortable service. Felt relaxed from start to finish I even fell asleep while I was having my smp done. Louise is really calming and explained the process in detail. Her studio is really clean and added bonus of watching netflix on the TV to pass the time. Go for it the results are great I'm already having compliments:)

I had SMP at Quantum Laser and Scalp Micropigmentation. From the initial consultation, Louise was friendly, professional and informative, putting my mind and ease and answering any questions I had about the process and aftercare as SMP was something I had thought about for a number of years but had struggled to find a local practitioner who’s examples of work matched my expectations. Following the consultation I decided to go forward with the treatment and after completing all of my sessions i can say that I am very happy with the results and have a renewed confidence. We designed a hairline that was both natural looking and age appropriate, this was something that was important to me and Louise did an incredible job. The practice is immaculate, discreetly located with parking outside and great local transport links nearby. I would highly recommend quantum laser and scalp micropigmentation to anyone who may be considering a treatment

Louise got in touch around a year after my first SMP to ask about carrying out a top up. Louise knew exactly what was required as she remembered I needed a few sessions the year priory as my scalp wasn’t initially taking to the treatment due to dry skin etc. Due to this and Louise being a perfectionist in her SMP she offered it at a reduced price as she wanted to make sure it was fully to her standard this time around. (I have to point out I was really happy with the first treatment and its final outcome) Louise got me booked in firstly as a consultation to get an idea how it was looking currently and then an appt was scheduled on 6th August for the SMP top up. Extremely thorough in the session explained in detail what was required at the start and was I happy before proceeding, which I certainly was. The session took around 4 hours with a couple of breaks which I thought was good and just showed the detail Louise was committed in doing. Extremely happy with the top up and aftercare treatment was explained as there was a couple of tweaks from the year before. Following this plan nicely since.I would highly recommend Louise in carrying out SMP and to those worried about taking that first step, go for it Louise is extremely knowledgeable in this field and it’s a big passion of hers and I guarantee it will bring a lot of people’s confidence back. And she has some good craic when sitting for quite a long period, or there’s a great flat screen TV if you prefer to watch one of your favourite series on Netflix. Also, it doesn’t hurt well I don’t believe it did, I actually thought it was quite therapeutic!5 star again for Louise - great work and thanks again.RegardsPaul

Just had a top-up scalp micropigmentation session with Louise and I’m absolutely chuffed with the results already. She’s incredibly skilled and professional, and the whole process was relaxed and comfortable from start to finish. Her attention to detail is spot on, and the finished look is so natural and fresh.
