The guys at Torres Tree Sevice Are the best! I have used other tree companies in the past, but this crew our hands-down, the best. They are very professional, listen to you and suggest ideas to save you money if they can. I had a 65’ tree that came down during our recent storm that I cut up and put all the branches out to the street and they came out quickly (Sunday morning) To clean up all the branches and brush that I had placed out by the street. They raked and cleaned up the yard afterwards. I asked for a quote on the spot for the other 60+’ tree To be cut down because it was leaning, and I didn’t want it to fall. They gave me a very reasonable quote and came out within two days to take the tree down. We have very limited access to our backyard and have Been rejected by other companies for that reason. Torres Tree Service Didn’t budge and had no problem getting their equipment back there, and even put down mats to protect ours in the neighbors grass and raked And cleaned up afterwards. This is how our professional company treats customers and respects their property! After the severe storm that came through our area on July 3, our neighborhood was covered with downed trees, huge branches, and debris. It was overwhelming.On the Fourth of July, while most companies were taking the holiday off, Tony had called his entire crew in because he knew how much storm damage people were dealing with. They were across the street removing a neighbor's tree that had completely uprooted when I noticed their trucks and gave Tony a call. He happened to be there, came right over to look at everything in my yard, and assured me they would take care of it as soon as they finished the job they were on.True to his word, Tony and his crew removed all the large branches and debris from my yard, including a massive section of my neighbor's tree that had fallen across my driveway. Having all of that heavy, dangerous debris cleaned up the very next day after the storm was an incredible relief. Otherwise, I would have been waiting until the following week.Tony and his crew were professional, hardworking, and compassionate during a stressful time. They went above and beyond by giving up their holiday to help people in the community when they needed it most. Torres Tree Service gave us a decent price for a complicated tree cut that included removing large trees tightly nestled between two three story apartments and amidst power lines. They came to the job early and even helped us push some cars near the trees that could not start. They finished the job with speed and focus and also immaculately cleaned up after their work. Tony and his crew are awesome. I had a pretty large tree that was directly next to my home that kept dropping large branches. Tony and crew managed to remove that beast with a tight space between the tree, my home and my neighbor . Towards the end of the job it started to rain but they stayed to complete the work even with all the mud. They even came back the next day to complete some cleanup. I would definitely recommend this company and plan to call them back to to work on some other trees. Thank you Tony and I will be calling you back soon.
