Cheyenne is amazing. She went above and beyond to keep us updated and made sure we felt welcomed and cared for throughout the process despite us not knowing if we could make it work. She walked us through each appointment, answered all our questions with kindness, and has such a calming presence despite being on the phone with me for 20+ minutes (LOL). Plus, she made sure we had our own separated room. Dr. Darren was patient, comforting and amazing with my 4 year old and informative with me making the experience a 10/10. It really turned a typically stressful situation into a stress-free one.

So pleased with the team at Rivers Edge, the treatment coordinator Shawna is so knowledgeable and great to chat with! Dr. Darren is so fun and patient with my kids and Marion (dental assistant) is the most amazing person to have working directly with our children, she is sweet and makes my kids feel safe.Again, so happy with this team. My son just finished approx 18 months of orthodontic care with Dr Darren and staff at Rivers Edge and I cannot praise them enough for the care, attention to detail and dental expertise. Every single staff member, from the reception desk, technicians and Dr Darren were always pleasant, thorough, patient, knowledgeable and caring. 100% recommend Rivers Edge!

My son is 5 years old, autistic, and past dental visits at other offices have not gone very well. I felt like we needed more support and decided to try Rivers Edge. Dr. Darren and his staff are so kind and welcoming. Everyone was so patient and understanding, giving my son the time and space he needed to feel comfortable. We ended up having our first truly successful dental visit, and I can't express my gratitude enough.
