This may sound dramatic, but I truly do mean this: Jenna has changed my life in ways I can’t even explain. Being medically complex means that most doctors don’t have the time or desire to really help. That is not Jenna. She takes her time to really work through all the issues you’re facing, all the challenges in your way (mentally, physically, medically) and works with you to find solutions. She comes prepared with tons of experience and research, so when something (like hormones) may feel like a scary thing to try, she’s got the receipts for why she thinks it will be ok. Within 3 days of working with her the first time, I was already seeing improvement on issues I’d been struggling with for over 6 years. Grateful doesn’t even cover it. We are worth it to take care of ourselves as women, like we do for everyone else. You won’t regret working with her on anything you may be struggling with. I cannot recommend her enough!

Jenna is exceptional! Her knowledge of hormones and changes around perimenopause is impressive. Working with her is life changing! I have more energy and have not had a migraine since starting with her. I’m optimistic her advice may be the missing link in figuring out a decade of migraines that seem to have a hormonal link.

Jenna is extremely detailed and went over all my history to really understand what my body was going through. As a "mature" woman, there were so many things breaking down, and just not feeling right. I was tired of going to so many different specialists and none of them having any answers besides, "It's just your body getting older". I highly recommend Jenna. She is kind, well versed in her field, caring and wants to try to make this "transition" in women's lives as smooth as possible.
