Lisa was awesome to work with when our family was looking to find a new home for our 82-year old Dad. She was personable, funny, knowledgable and did such an amazing job of presenting us with options that would provide Dad withe best level of care, support, amenities and food, yet stay within his budget. We wouldn't hesitate to use Lisa again should the need arise.

We were blessed to find Lisa Zeigler when caring for an elderly parent after a debilitating fall, and subsequently needing to move our parent from Florida to Ohio for rehabilitation. Lisa educated and advised us, helped us find medical transportation and an appropriate rehabilitation center, and then helped us navigate through insurance changes, Medicare, and self-pay situations. During our parent’s time at the rehab center, Lisa helped us advocate for our parent, and attended multiple care team meetings with us.In addition to WHAT Lisa did, it is important to share HOW she did these things. Lisa was responsive, flexible, kind, respectful, direct, and joyful. Even when our parent couldn’t really speak for themselves any longer, Lisa always made sure to respect and converse with him (instead of defaulting to looking at us, as was the case with most other providers). On a day when we thought we were in the last hours of his life, Lisa came to the rehabilitation center just to visit our parent. When she got there he had rallied and was doing comparatively well. She asked him if he wanted a cinnamon roll (it was morning), but when he said he wanted a chocolate milkshake she went and found a restaurant that would make one at 9am, and brought it back to him. That act just sums up the type of person she is, and how much she cares for the people she works with.When this situation started, we didn’t know a business like Lisa’s existed. After dealing with things for a month on our own, we were so lucky to find her. She definitely made our lives less stressful in a very difficult time and gave us the confidence to make the decisions we needed to make. We would rate her business a 10 out of 5 if we could!

Lisa was amazing in helping us find the right senior living community for Dad. She took so much off our plate—from researching communities and pricing to setting up all the appointments—so we could focus on Dad. She was a great advocate for our family and made the entire process so much easier. Most importantly, Dad is very happy in his new home! Highly recommend Lisa!

Lisa Zeigler has gone so far above and beyond for me, my mom, and my family, the words that I say here won’t even do it justice!This summer, we needed to move my mom into assisted living. And I don’t live in her state! Before we even got to a decision on a place, Lisa showed up for us at the very beginning. Educating us on logistics, taking my mom to appts, consulting via many phone calls and countless texts to lead us.She helped us arrange tours, get information, helped us run errands, lifted my mom up emotionally during moments of struggle, and SO much more.Lisa isn’t just doing this in 2026. She’s spent a lifetime helping families and patients who need it the most. She’s been nothing but an expert and an absolute blessing for us. Lisa is the most amazing ANGEL on earth. She took my call on a holiday weekend regarding my 85 year old mother with dementia without hesitation. My very own family did not assist me & Lisa did not hesitate to answer my questions & concerns & has checked on my mom daily. I have never felt so much love & kindness in my entire life & I could never repay her for her support. She is so amazing & caring & I love her from the very depths of my heart. My mom will be moving to long term care in a few days & that would not have been possible without Lisa 🙏🏼

Lisa is extremely knowledgeable and explains things in a thorough and easy way to understand all the various policies. She is kind and compassionate. She helped our family to remain calm in a very difficult situation. I would definitely recommend her to help any family through the difficultly associated with navigating Medicaid, Medicare, and nursing home.!!!
