Lisa Zeigler has gone so far above and beyond for me, my mom, and my family, the words that I say here won’t even do it justice!This summer, we needed to move my mom into assisted living. And I don’t live in her state! Before we even got to a decision on a place, Lisa showed up for us at the very beginning. Educating us on logistics, taking my mom to appts, consulting via many phone calls and countless texts to lead us.She helped us arrange tours, get information, helped us run errands, lifted my mom up emotionally during moments of struggle, and SO much more.Lisa isn’t just doing this in 2026. She’s spent a lifetime helping families and patients who need it the most. She’s been nothing but an expert and an absolute blessing for us. I can’t wait for others to get to see the same care and selflessness that I see from Lisa.If I could rate Lisa and PHC as 10 stars out of 5, I would do so.

Lisa is the most amazing ANGEL on earth. She took my call on a holiday weekend regarding my 85 year old mother with dementia without hesitation. My very own family did not assist me & Lisa did not hesitate to answer my questions & concerns & has checked on my mom daily. I have never felt so much love & kindness in my entire life & I could never repay her for her support. She is so amazing & caring & I love her from the very depths of my heart. My mom will be moving to long term care in a few days & that would not have been possible without Lisa 🙏🏼

Lisa is extremely knowledgeable and explains things in a thorough and easy way to understand all the various policies. She is kind and compassionate. She helped our family to remain calm in a very difficult situation. I would definitely recommend her to help any family through the difficultly associated with navigating Medicaid, Medicare, and nursing home.!!!

Lisa assisted us with a fairly urgent search for a new assisted living facility. She was wonderful. She helped identify potential facilities, communicated well, and guided us through the process. We would definitely use her again should the needs arise.

Lisa is one of the people you want on your side, she truly cares about helping people. I was in a very stressful situation where my sister had a stroke, and she was the Home Care Giver to my mother who is 98. I ended up taking on the responsibility to help both of them. I quickly found out it was just too much to take on the care for both of them and I was trying to do this by commuting from the Columbus Area to Cleveland constantly. I started looking for Assisted Living facilities for my mother but became completely overwhelmed with everything going on. One of the facilities gave Lisa my name and she contacted me, got me organized and helped me get the care I needed for my mom so I could focus on helping my sister. I will also be grateful for the help she provided!!

Lisa Ziegler of PHC (Personal Healthcare Concierge) was retained to help my sister who was residing in assisted living and later in a long-term care facility where she passed away.Lisa was a godsend in looking after my sister's needs from helping her get her hearing aids working to providing comfort to her however she could. Almost every time she visited my sister Lisa would bring a vanilla milkshake because my sister enjoyed them so much.Lisa's experience was paramount in her knowledge of the facilities, administrators and nurses and that enabled my sister to get the best care she could. Her main focus was to make sure my sister was attended to; whatever her needs were and she always made that happen.I will be forever indebted to her and her genuine caring service. She was always there when I could not be. For this review if I could give her more than five stars, I certainly would!
