Lisa was an amazing support for our family as we worked to place my father-in-law into a facility. Her knowledge and ability to navigate a system that can be challenging and scary is unmatched. She was able to address issues that we didn’t even realize were needed such as pharmacy reviews (it turned out the rehab facility he was at was over medicating him), nutrition, and making sure his basic needs were being met.Lisa not only joined calls with facility administration and staff, she was also willing to tour facilities with us, researching pricing for our preferred facilities before application, do the heavy lifting to submit applications and also had great referrals for estate planning.Unfortunately, he was placed on hospice but Lisa helped my in-laws understand the benefits of additional care and her support helped my mother-in-law feel better about starting hospice which made a huge difference in his care.If you’re considering placing a loved one in a facility, you won’t regret utilizing Lisa. She doesn’t quit until you’re happy and confident that your loved one is in the best place. Thank you Lisa for all you did for us!

Lisa Zeigler is without a doubt one of the most caring, helpful and professional people I have ever worked with. When my family was in a very, very stressful situation, trying to find a place for not one but two of our relatives to be transferred to when they were released from the hospital, she helped with the referrals that needed to be sent, she helped us find a place that was acceptable for us. She went with us on a tour of the place and answered every question we had about what our next steps were and how the system worked with and without Medicaid. I would recommend her wholeheartedly for anyone who has a relative that needs to be placed in some sort of facility either for temporary or for permanent living.

Lisa was a huge help to our family in coordinating our efforts to get my father the type of health care he needs. She was very responsive and timely, thorough and professional, giving me peace of mind in a stressful situation. Living 5 time zones away, I didn't have to worry about communication issues as she kept me in the loop in a timely manner on all planning and progress in assisting my dad and coordinating with care providers. It would not have been possible to resolve my dad's health care needs so rapidly without her assistance, and I highly recommend her services.
