I give Alloy Bearden all the stars I can! I love the small group personal training concept. I love the variety of the workouts that work my whole body. I enjoy seeing other people from time to time and seeing how they are moving into their own personal goals.I am a 74-year-old female. I have set a rather aggressive goal for myself – a 50K (31 mile) race. I’m not one to tell myself that I can’t do something! I am 100% sure that I can not achieve this goal without Alloy. The trainers and staff are super supportive. They have helped me with nutrition, which is critical. I feel my body getting ever so much stronger, including balance, grip, upper body, and core. Even my skin is responding well to this renewal. These are all things that will continue to serve me as I walk through elder womanhood. One should never ignore their physical self at any age, even when life is busy. I like to think of my body as the vehicle that allows me to do the things that bring me joy. Alloy has been a cornerstone for me in believing I can get across the finish line of an ultra-marathon. Alloy can help with what you, personally, believe is in your best interest to achieve, no matter how big or small that is.
