Dave and Ed are GREAT! They have helped us setup security for our network, help us maintain it, monitor it for us, and everything else IT related. The services they recommended to us literally saved us from an attempt to remotely access and install an unknown thing on 2 of our computers. I’ve only been in Loxahatchee a month. When I received my tower PC, it didn’t boot up at all. I went in to get some help, And he just opened it and plugged it in! He Wouldn’t take any money for it. We had a conversation about my 11-year-old Equipment, Needless to say, I’ll be back to upgrade :)!! Very smart young man, Great experience!

If you have laptop or computer issues I highly recommend, Your Compuer Guy in Royal Palm Beach on Okeecobee . I had a failed hack attempt but I wanted to be sure no virus's. I walked in and met Gerardo. A really nice guy. He went thru my laptop and found no virus's or malware, he explained everything he was doing. Like I said if you have computer issues go there you will be glad you did.

Where can I start? YCG is number one in IT services and customer services. They are motivated and dedicated to their work. I was having a printer issue for over a month, and he came and fixed it within 35 minutes. He is so patient and knowledgeable, and he values his customers over money. I highly recommend their services, and I promise you, that you will not regret it. He took his time to work you through the issue and teach you how to work and fix it the next time on your own. I am highly satisfied with his service and the customer service that I received. I won't go anywhere else for IT issues.

I am So thankful that I found this place. I walked in this morning unannounced and the man in the shop stopped what he was working on to help me fix a small issue with my son's new gaming laptop. He is an absolute genius! I watched him bypass and create an entirely new link within seconds, it was amazing. AND, he didn't even want me to pay him for it. I had to insist he take a little money.
