I want to give a heartfelt recommendation for Manager Ms Joice, She is truly a good woman, kind, professional, and genuinely caring toward her customers.I'll be honest: I am a very selective and particular customer, and I know I'm not always easy to please. Yet Joice has always treated me with remarkable patience and respect. She listens carefully to what I need, never rushes me, and always makes sure I leave with a car that is reliable, and exactly right for me.Every time I visit, I drive away smiling, and that is because of her. It's rare to find someone who combines great service with such a warm heart. I'm grateful for her and would recommend her to anyone looking for a car hire experience they can trust.
