After several emails to thank me for booking, then reminding me the day before, I got an email cancelling as no one was available 3/4 hour before appointment. More like they didn't have enough bookings to come out for on that day! I was left with 3 days oil in my ears and had to cancel transport arranged. I got a feedback form so I told them exactly how I felt, but no reply at all. Not a good service. Cheap offer but very unreliable.

Booked an appointment for my son. Service was brilliant from start to finish. Treatment was quick and staff very friendly and professional. My son is really happy that he can hear again! 😅 highly recommend 💯
