One issue after another with this place.First they got my contact lens prescription wrong on one eye. Then when I ordered sunglasses they “damaged” the frame and now it’s been almost 3 weeks come Monday and see how much longer. My wife ordered her sunglasses a week and half later from Lens Crafters and got them within a week. The only reason I ordered the sunglasses here was because no one else had these sunglasses. Knowing what I know now, I would’ve just kept shopping and settled for something else anywhere else. Let’s hope they don’t mess up the prescription!9/17/2026Well, I called in again and although my sunglasses aren’t ready, at least the manager has explained her frustration as well with the lab they deal with and admits that this is unacceptable and offered a discount for another pair. Acknowledgement of this inconvenience, empathy, and offering a compensation goes a loooong way in my book. I have to admit that their customer service is great even with everything that’s been going on. I would give them 3.75 stars maybe 4. Too bad about the lab they work with and hope future customers have better luck. Thank you Progressive Eye Care for taking care of a customer’s complaint.

I’ve seen several eye doctors over the years, and Dr. Broadhead and Dr. Hope have been by far my best experience! They were so knowledgeable, patient, and really took the time to find the right prescription and contacts for me. The customer service was also amazing! Both over the phone and in person. I truly felt listened to and cared for. Highly recommend them! Thank you so much!!

The staff is very kind. I truly appreciate their patience as I was a little upset. As I was charged $20 surcharge fee for using my credit card. I wasn’t told this until after my credit card was charged.

Zero hesitancy in giving a five star Review! From the moment I walked in the door with my mom the atmosphere was inviting. The communication was genuine. The feeling that you were the most important person they could assist and serve was real from the office manager, to the receptionist, to the tech, to the doctors, and those fitting you for glasses, the expression of increase was felt.
