I thought everyone was cool. Spencer did a great job at answering my questions and doing my initial exam and then Dr. Hope was pretty thorough although I would have liked to get documentation of my analysis. But I didn’t request it so I will need to follow up. And Rocio was fun to talk with and patient as we discussed my style of frames. But I was a little confused when I showed her my black frames and the frames I picked out were the closest style to mine yet they are in a brown sort of Leopard print and I’m hoping she didn’t assume that’s the frames I wanted. Because as we sat there, she popped out the lenses in those frames and I believe she submitted them to have them as my new pair of glasses. So I’ll have to check with them about that as well. And when I get my new glasses, I’ll probably get back up on this page and do another review hopefully with a five star.

Helpful, professional, caring, and competent. Dr. Broadhead is very thorough and alert to potential problems. He diagnosed a problem that mo one else had caught, and so far his solution seems spot on.

I was impressed with my eye appointment! I've been to other offices where the staff wasn't very attentive, and this office was just the opposite! From the front desk, to the assistant, to the doctor, everyone was very welcoming and friendly. Spencer was especially kind and helpful! Thank you Progressive Eye Care 😊
