The treatment received today was full of snotty comments and scoffing that had me go from them being my 1st pest control call to a never again customer. 3yrs ago they were GREAT charged $200 for a 3 floor 1,800sqft townhouse infested including outside service. They even offered to reduce to $100 if all 7 of the townhomes wanted service. Called today for a much smaller property 1,000 sqft no outside and all one level. Basic service bc the property is well maintained. From the start Dan's tone was condescending, and down right rude. I was asking how the price would be the same for a much smaller service request with the response "Well gosh the market is different from 3yrs ago" - just not the same customer service they once had, and now price grouching customers. Definitely left me feeling not valued, over priced, and just poor customer service. Sad to not have them do my services this year... but I can't do business with a shady company.
