Leon was great!

I am having a 20 year old ceiling fan issue. It has a low hum when it is on with or without the light. Since I only use it in the summer I forget about it the rest of the year. This summer it has been on all of the time.JD was very patient and helpful in determining what the problem is and we explored every option. Since I really like the style of the old fan with 5 lights and oiled bronze finish that was popular 20 years ago, he has laid out all of the options from troubleshooting repairs to total fan replacement. This is a continuation of August post :The new fan was a special order that took 7 weeks to get here. I made an appointment with JD since he did the original diagnosis and estimate. He brought an assistant, Samuel, to help with the removal of the old fan and light fixture from the 10 foot ceiling. The guys work well together and had it down in no time. They took everything apart and we were able to use the old fan blades that match the woodwork in the new set up. The original light fixture was cleaned and reattached and the whole unit was put back into place. The fan was tested on all speeds as well as the lights. They put all of the old parts in the box and carried it all away.I give JD and Samuel 5 stars for their efficiency and professionalism. They know what they are doing and great to work with!

Nicolas Williamson provided wonderful service. He communicated our options for replacing our 9 year old water heater that leaked without warning. We were very satisfied with the service he provided. Our water heater removers and installers was Juan Sandoval and his helper Bode. Their work was exceptional and professional. We werebeyond happy with the work. Highly recommend the Half Moon Plumbing team.

Very pleased with both David at Zeke, Excellent work and very pleasant guys,

DaJon was very nice and got the toilet installed! Take care of that baby kitty😻

We absolutely love using Half moon plumbing. They are professional and honest and don’t make you feel pressured in any of their recommendations. We have had Jackson as our tech multiple times and he is fantastic! So nice and gives clear and concise rundown of the situation. They are our go to call anytime we have somthing that needs attention and would highly recommend them being yours to!

Jackson was a good communicator and helpful in working us through the process.

Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable of their crafts. They explained everything to me so I understood exactly what needed to be done and what my options were. We were very happy with all of our Technicians for our Plumbing and Electrical issues they were all very pleasant to work with. We look forward to working with them and Half Moon Plumbing and Electrical issues for all of our future needs. Thank you Chris, Brandon, Elijah, Samuel, JD and Steven for all being so pleasant and friendly.Steve and Gina Diller

Elijah and JD done a great job doing our electrical work.

Had a great experience with all the technicians who came and replaced our water tank with a tankless water heater. The company is very good communicators. They sent pictures and a small bio on everyone who was entering my house. We originally thought we wanted a whole home water system but I changed my mind a day later and they were very respectful and professional about it. He answered as many questions as he could for me about it. There was several other things that had to be done to fit a tankless water heater such as electrical, fixing an leak and getting on the roof and they handled all of that just as well. After the work was done they explained the new equipment to me and made sure it worked before they left! And they offer good financing options to make it all affordable. Excellent company! Would use them again.

Nicolas was great. Very professional and patient. Went over the details of the issue and the solution options thoroughly.

Great service, on time and very reasonably priced.

Jd &Sam did a great job and explained everything well. Thx

I highly recommend Half Moon Plumbing. Our technician, Jackson Spyres, was so knowledgeable, professional, and kind. He took time to explain everything about the items we wanted looked at. We will definitely use Half Moon for all our plumbing needs. They are upfront and honest and do their best to keep costs down.

We have had Half Moon come out for two different jobs. We've seen Nathan (Nathaniel?), Jeremy, and Eric. All of them have been very friendly and professional, not to mention fast! We've had the pipes redone under the bathroom and kitchen sinks, and had them install a new sink basin in the kitchen. They also installed some convenient new attachments to our water heater for free during an inspection. All the work was done efficiently at a clear, up front cost per job, not per hour, which I like. Not to mention free estimates of course! These are our go-to plumbers. We won't be calling anyone else!

Great service Jake did a really good job highly recommend. Thank you

David was our tech. He was out before and knew what the problem was. He recommended an additional service with we are going with. It’s great to have a tech who knows your issues and recommends what needs to be done

Plumber Curtis and Jackson did a great job awesome results are going to be my future plumbers for all my plumbing needs

Bo helped us out today and did exceptional work and was very prompt. Once again, highly recommend.

Very nice and pleasant young man

Kitchen drain started making the “glug glug” noise. Zach was able to identify the issue and offer options for repairing. He also prepared an estimate for some other work. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful, polite, and professional. This is the second time I’ve used Half Moon because I was pleased with the service after the first visit.Noah and Eli came to finish up the needed work. Noah answered all my questions and both of them were friendly and professional. Noah also gave me advice about how to (hopefully) prevent one of the issues. The drain doesn’t “glug glug” anymore, and I’m a happy customer.

Had Half Moon Plumbing out for work at our home, and I can't say enough good things about Josh, the tech on the job. From the moment he arrived, his communication was excellent — he walked me through what he was doing, kept me updated as the work progressed, and answered every question without hesitation. The quality of the work itself was outstanding, with real attention to detail in every part of the job. What stood out most was his determination: he was committed to getting everything finished that day and didn't cut a single corner to do it.Professional, thorough, and genuinely cares about doing it right. I'd recommend Josh and Half Moon Plumbing to anyone without hesitation.
