When I called Half Moon Plumbing the voice on the phone was cheerful and inviting. I had a pretty fast water leak and they arrived fairly quick to repair the line. We had two different services completed on our septic systems. Both technicians were very professional, knowledgeable, considerate and helpful. We were very pleased with the service, the staff and company.Jack handled our septic clean out on two tanks. He completed his job efficiently and left the area clean. The technicians are very respectful of your property and take care to leave it better than when they arrived. They didn’t drive into our yard, as other companies have done in the past, which was appreciated.Josh handled the scope of our tank and distribution box, in addition to installing caps to keep us from having to dig out the openings every time. We opted to also have the pop-up caps installed on our clean-outs to prevent any backups in the home in the future. Josh was a great technician who responded with professionalism and understanding to all our questions.Great job, Half Moon staff! Keep it up!

Nick and Bo were very professional and kind during their work in my home. We have used Half Moon Plumbing several times before and they always do quality work. Bo did work on two of our bathroom faucets, replaced one faucet, changed out some of the kitchen sink plumbing, and flushed our water heater. I am usually surprised by the high plumbing cost, but at least I know it is good work and should last for years to come.

Jeremy called to let me know when he was on his way and arrived when he said he would. Quickly located the problem, went over all my options and set me up for an install this afternoon. His assistant Joe was also a great worker and they left everything neat and in place. I will definitely use Half Moon again when I need plumbing or electrical work!

Lukas tried to find out where the leak was coming from. The leak is under the house in the bathroom area on the north side. To get to that area, the floor will need to be removed in the bathroom, or a portion of the floor.

New toilet installed. American Standard B8106 Ecoflush Pressure Assist Flush. Tank water is kept within an enclosed insert, so no more worries about rusty leaking tank bolts or crusty hard water build up inside the toilet tank or cruddy flappers. The flush is amazing. As a preventive they also replaced the standard cap on the sewage cleanout access with a cap that pops up if the septic tank backs up, so sewage will spill into the yard and NOT the house. An easy change that gives great peace of mind. I was on a scheduled biannual septic system check for years with a different company and they never mentioned the back up prevention cleanout cap even existed. Halfmoon plumbing is looking out for their customers. Zach, Noah and Nate were friendly, knowledgeable and respectful of the property. I am curious about how things are put together and function and they explained the process before the install and even showed me during the install what they were doing and why it was better than what the original installer did. I learned alot and got an excellent installation. Plus, they said they will email me a report that includes photos of what was done. That surpasses normal expectations. I will call Half Moon for any future plumbing, septic or electrical issues.

Great experience. I booked the appointment online. Immediately got a return text letting me know the appointment had been booked and the technician would let me know when he was on his way. It was no time and Jeremy called to let me know he’d be right here. And he was. Took care of everything quickly and answered all my questions I had about future projects.
