Wife and I rented two scooters. All day at Disney and both still had green power bars. One of us is over 300 pounds and no problem. Big plus that the outlet was in our hotel. Definitely rent again.

We had the most AMAZING experience here with Select Mobility Scooters. Ross was outstanding to work with. We had our scooter delivered and picked up on time, down to the minute! The policies were easy to understand, and making a reservation was simple.When they delivered the scooter, absolutely everything was explained, including how to fix potential issues we might experience in the park. Sometimes Disneyland Cast Members will move strollers and scooters around to maximize their space. They showed us how that worked, how easy it is for the Cast Member to sometimes forget to lock the gear back in place, and how to easily fix it if it doesn't start up. It was SO EASY.Other scooter companies made everything so difficult, from delivery & pick up down to every possible option being an add-on cost. Not these guys!Other scooter companies also tried to give us a discount if we left a 5-star review. NOT HERE!!! Select Scooter EARNED this glowing review.I literally cannot recommend them enough. Please choose these guys for your scooter needs!!!

This is the only mobility scooter company we use now. Everyone is so nice especially Bryan. They respond back very fast. You can text them too which makes it very easy. They always have our scooter ready even before we arrive. We will continue to use their service.

Select Mobility made my wife’s Disneyland trip so much better. The scooter was delivered to the Disneyland Hotel and picked up by Select Mobility staff as promised. So very easy to deal with. Literally called them while I was walking from my parking spot in the self parking of Aniheim hotel (great spot to park by the way $45) they are in the Best Western lobby by the street light for Disneys front entrance, so perfect location. (There are two Best Westens, go to the one by the light)Everyone I spoke with there was very professional and happy to help. I'm 4 bills and they had heavy duty scooters that had no problem lugging me around. It lasted me from 9am to 12 midnight when I returned it.Comparing these machines (pride brand), they are far superior to the ones Disney has for rent, plus you are allowed to take these outside the park which is nice. Absolutly worth the price to not have to walk and stabd all day long, especially with all the hills inside disney.

💯 top quality people. Made the picking up of the scooter easy. The price was well worth it. I got to enjoy Disney for the first time without having to worry about all the walking with my oxygen. These guys are very on top of taking care of their customers and even calling them to check to make sure everything is still good. Will definitely use them again.

We love this family owned scooter company . We have been using them for 7 years now. With no problems. Last month new people came in. Customer service not good, scooters were very dirty. And one wasn't even charged all the way , half way through disneyland the scooter died at night fir my husband We wasted an entire hour looking fir an outlet and having to sit and wait for 45 minutes. Not good. Weren't even offered refund or anything from the guy at desk. This never happened before. We are going again in December. I hope this doesn't happen again. He didn't apologize or anything. So not like the young men and family members we have worked with in the past.
