It was such a pleasure working with Mariano. I would recommend him to anyone. They made the home buying process so easy and answered all my questions but if they didn't know they would find the right answer. We closed in under 30 days upon going under contract on our first home. If I were to buy another home or sell my home I would be a returning customer.

When our lease increased, we were in a time crunch to find a home. I reached out to Mariano to help. He was extremely knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. When setting up appointments to view properties, he always went out of his way and never made me feel like I was bothering or inconveniencing him. He was always gracious to provide his services when needed. During the process, I learned a lot about real estate, builders, and what exactly we did and did not like in a home. Mariano communicated very well with us, the seller's agent, and the loan officer. He was sure to always keep us informed and up to date on every step of the way. Even when he was physically unable to be with us, he managed to communicate through FaceTime. I never felt alone during this process. I am so grateful Mariano took us on as a client. He was a pleasure to work with and always pleasant to be around. I have since recommended him to friends and will continue to do so.

We could have not asked for a better Agent than Mariano. He is outstanding! He is an amazing person and is fenomenal at his job. He is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond. We are very grateful and definitely would recommend him. You will not be disappointed!
