The carpets were really dirty but Derek came in and sprayed the pre cleaning stuff. He then went over it withe the steam cleaner again and again until it looked great. Derek was a real professional that knew what he was doing and explained it all to me as he did the job. Great guy, fantastic job.

I Received a reminder text The night before and then I got a reminder text when they were about 30 minutes out from my house the next day. They were right on time and very efficient..They got right to work and had my job completed very quickly; the carpeted room and carpeted stairs look wonderful.
