I had a wonderful experience today with the kindest woman who was authentically passionate about getting my dad's carpets clean so he can sell his home and relocate to a retirement community. Littleton, CO - Derek was a LIFESAVER! We moved into a new apartment. The landlord claimed they cleaned the carpets before we moved in… they absolutely did not. Derek was able to come out the next day and cleaned the carpets before all of our furniture arrived. We cannot believe the difference! The carpets are a completely different color and they no longer have the musty smell. The carpets were really dirty but Derek came in and sprayed the pre cleaning stuff. He then went over it withe the steam cleaner again and again until it looked great. Derek was a real professional that knew what he was doing and explained it all to me as he did the job. Great guy, fantastic job.

I Received a reminder text The night before and then I got a reminder text when they were about 30 minutes out from my house the next day.
