Their support throughout the healing process provides peace of mind during a vulnerable time.One of the things I appreciate most is the transparency there are no hidden costs, and a variety of stay packages are offered to meet different needs and budgets.Transportation is another standout feature. The vehicle is comfortable, spacious, and provides a safe, relaxing ride. Conrad is dependable, always ensures you arrive at appointments on time, and is available whenever needed. He is extremely knowledgeable about the routes to all the clinics and frequently communicates with your clinic team to ensure your safety and seamless care throughout your recovery journey.The food is excellent and thoughtfully tailored to individual preferences, which makes recovery much easier and more enjoyable. The home itself is beautifully decorated, fully equipped with central air, purified water, spacious rooms, and very comfortable beds everything is designed to promote rest, healing, and peace of mind.I have stayed here twice, and I would not consider recovering anywhere else. I Would like to take the time to say that I would recommend anyone to come and recuperate here. Denise is very loving and caring making sure that you eat well and healthy, Anne, Luz, Ana, and Conrado(driver) will make sure you are very taken care of and will be there throughout your journey. I was very pleased and grateful for everyone’s patience and willingness to help me at my most vulnerable days after my surgery and recovery. I Thank everyone that was there and would most definitely come back if I were to to do another procedure.

From beginning to end I enjoyed every minute! The service was excellent! I enjoyed my stay. The food was always done fresh, my nurses were always on time with my meds, daily baths. Vitals ect. Their priority was to keep me comfortable. The house cleaning came in daily to wash floors, bathroom and refresh my bedsheets. My meals were good if I didn’t like something she made something else. The owners were very nice. I love them! Conrad was my personal driver, he is very good at knowing the ins and outs of the city and also a secure driver. I felt safe by all means I wouldn’t hesitate to refer them to any of my friends and family!

El lugar es bonito y extremadamente limpio. Sus cuidadoras son amables y con mucha experiencia. La comida es deliciosa, los cuidados post op, muy atentas a tus medicamentos y horarios. La casa está ubicada en área buen tranquila y te sientes como en tu casa. Ceecee (dueña) es increíble ser humano. Además de tener mucho conocimiento en el campo. Mi experiencia fue maravillosa, te concienten y te tratan como una reina. Dilenia, Darlene, Ana, y Cecy, todas son especiales, los choferes personas muy decentes y respetuosos, el trato increíble, tienes todo el paquete por un precio razonable. Estás segura en todo momento. Vuelvo en 2023, ya que tengo otro procedimiento pendiente. Lo recomiendo 💯 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Bueno comienzo dandole las gracias a la Manager Icelsy por haberme dado alojamiento en su casita de recuperacion q es LA MEJOR en RD. Empiezo con La enfermera Dilenia me cuido como si fuera su hermanita; Exelente en todo y como serhumano, Extraordinaria. La cheff Cecilia es a otro nivel; La mejor comida q probe sin mentir. Darleny q fue mi segunda enfermera Super Super chulita; demaciado de pendiente de mis medicamentos , mi baño , mi comida. La masajista Dennis unas manos bendecidas demaciado delicada. Estube quedandome en otra casita por 2 dias y nada q ver, la diferencia es del cielo a la tierra. Las voy a extrañar. Diosito me las bendiga Siempre.

I love Kindness.... CeeCee and Conrad was amazing and So was the staff. They wait on you hand and foot.. I just read in the reviews that the person writing doesn’t recommend kindness because the same person that cook your food does the cleaning as well, while I don’t know that to be true I wanted to add..... Don’t you cook and clean your own home? Didn’t your parents or parent cook and clean and take care of you when you were a child? I’m confused on why that’s a bad thing

Conrad and CC are amazing. The ladies that work here are awesome too. Never too busy to take care of any of your needs. Their cooks are really good too. One of the cooks, we called Madre (Mother in Spanish), is a really good cook, plus she made my wife really feel like her daughter. Conrad is cool AF and he'll take you just about anywhere you need to go, whether it's to an appointment in the clinic or to the beach or to get that good ol Presidente lol Oh and can't forget about O.G. (her real name is Delaney--i don't know how to spell it lol) anything you need, she can take care of it and get it done...and she's gonna make sure you're on time and ready. Extremely competent. This recovery house is one of the best. Plus it had a rooftop lounge area. Can't say enough about Conrad, CC, Madre, or OG. Lol Just genuinely good people and thats what makes them a very solid, and competent recovery house.

I had an amazing experience at the kindness recovery house. The drivers were always on time for all of our appointments. I had the pleasure to have Joanna and Dilenia as my nurses and they are absolutely incredible, the cook and cleaning lady are also fantastic. The cook asked us everyday what we would like to eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.. my room/bathroom was always clean and trash was changed multiple times a day. They also have an amazing massage lady Pam, that works there!!The owner has great hospitality and genuine care, if i go back to the dr for surgery again I will most definitely be staying here!!!
