Couldn’t have asked for a better dentist Johnathan made sure I knew what was going on all the way during the treatment and went above and beyond to make I was comfortable during the whole procedure. Very confusing experience. Walked in and thought I was at some boutique day spa I can't afford. Reception is so welcoming and amazing at their jobs, the staff go above and beyond to make sure everything goes so smoothly. Have now been twice and the team have had staff illness and a full day of patients and somehow manage to get me seen early. Not once has a dentist been late or a staff member anything but beautiful and accommodating. After all this outstanding service I started panicking and going through my contacts hoping to find someone with a hook up to sell a kidney and the bill was the same price I paid 20 years ago for the same service! This is absolutely not the experience I expect when dealing with anything to do with the Queensland Health System.

The team at Altura are fantastic.Dr Jessica in particular listened to all my concerns and help path my way to a straight smile.Im half way through my clear aligner treatment, and although I still have a while to go, I've been so impressed by the thoroughness and care I've received as a patient.I cannot wait to meet my end results ❤️😁

I am very impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the Altura team. I always felt comfortable, respected and assured because of their personal recognition, positive comments and smiles despite some early setbacks due to my unusual "bite". Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were considerate of my situation and my comfort as well as my opinion. I am extremely happy with both the result and the entire process.
