Had Brother Tree Service come out to trim and cut some trees in my yard, and they did an awesome job. The crew was super friendly, showed up on time, and got everything done pretty quickly. They cleaned up after themselves too, which I really appreciated. The yard looks way better now, more light and way less clutter. Definitely recommend them if you need tree work done! Less

I contacted Brother Tree Service to take down a tree that was broken and leaning on another in a wooded lot I own. The broken tree was leaning towards a neighbor's home, so I asked that it be felled off to the right, into the woods, not toward the structure. They suggested a second, dying, tree be felled as well. I agreed. I was clear with Dow and Bonito in which direction I wanted the trees to fall.Bad weather delayed the job (understandable,) but I was contacted by Dow several days later that he had completed the job himself without Bonito. I paid him by check, which he asked to be made out to him personally, not Brother Tree Service.When I inspected the job, he had felled the two trees directly toward the neighbor's house; exactly what I did NOT want and had been clear about. I called to talk to him and he was apologetic. The amount I agreed to pay, and did pay, was for the job done as I requested, not just to have them fall where gravity would take them.
