I went in to see Demetrios and was initially unsure about trying dry needling. He took the time to explain the process, walked me through what to expect, and made me feel comfortable with the treatment.The treatment was successful and made a noticeable difference, but what stood out most was the confidence it gave me in coming back from an acute injury that I wasn’t sure how to treat. Since my first appointment, Grace has been exceptional. She got me through a painful lower back injury and kept me motivated when progress felt slow. At every session, she asks what matters most to me and builds a plan around it—one she adjusts based on my feedback. She's thorough, explains things in simple terms, and always checks that I actually understand my exercises and plan.I tell anyone unsure if an athletic trainer could help them: at least go get an evaluation. Couple years ago after having shoulder surgery, it later caused severe neck and back pain. I found Myo-Fit Mobility & Therapy and prior to starting to receive treatment there I had a lot of discomfort to the point it was debilitating and affecting my everyday life. Since working with them I am basically back to normal and not being hindered from doing anything I would want to do. They are wonderful to work with. Really listen to what you have to say. Know the best treatment methods for each particular pain point. And now I continue to go just to for continued muscle maintaince. Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.

After a foot injury my back and hips got all out of wack. The chiropractor did what he could do but I was still fighting some issues. It was my chiropractor who recommended Grace with Myo-Fit. Grace has gotten me past the stuck point and has me doing so much better! You will find that Grace asks questions and listens first then inspects, then starts therapy. Grace has helped me throughout my time in college as I had previously injured my pecks and shoulders. Even after resolving these issues, I still come in every 2-3 weeks to do maintenance on my body as I have a somewhat physical job. I had heard about Grace a few years ago from one of my friends. At the time one of my kids needed some help with an injury. Since then, myself, three of my kids my husband and about 15 of my friends/acquaintances have been helped by Grace. Everyone that sees her raves about her ability to fix whatever problem ails them.My husband had been taking Aleve for years because of leg pain and hasn’t had to take even one since he was treated by Grace.My son had a shoulder injury while in the army and the doctors there were baffled by his problems and suggested surgery while admitting that they were unsure it would help. While on leave he was treated by Grace and now knows what the problem is and how to treat it if it flares up again.I could go on and on with more stories.The thing I love about her most is that she really takes time to listen to you and think hard about your problem. You can almost see the wheels turning in her head. And she figures it out! I seriously don’t know what we would do without Grace!
