Reuben was fantastic! He came in, super friendly and generous and got right to work on cleaning our carpets in our apartment. He kept us informed all the way through, warned us his machine will be noisy and even brought us booties for myself, wife and kiddo. 3 bedroom apartment with carpet in the living room and dining room maybe took him a little over an hour for it all, great prices too! Would definitely recommend to anyone near or far!

Great experience with EcoPure! I reached out for a quote last week and had my carpets cleaned today. Quick response with initial outreach, immediate quote turnaround and great communication about our appointment (reminders, checklist, etc) throughout the process. On the day of cleaning, we received a text informing us who would be arriving with a picture included. Curtis arrived on time and did a walk thru before starting the job. He was able to add on our throw rug during his visit. The cost was what exactly what was quoted (with additional agreed upon fee for rug) and there were no cheesy gimmicks for additional purchase options. He was in and out in about 1.5 hours. Left us booties to walk on the carpet as it dried. Our carpets looks great! Super satisfied with the price, the service and the way our carpets look! We will definitely use them again!
