Sapphire Karaoke Lounge is top-tier from top to bottom. We reserved Room 6 this past Sunday, and the space was beautifully designed, stylish, and remarkably comfortable.The service really set the experience apart. Tran made the booking process seamless, answering all our questions with thorough professionalism, and Tony, our server, was attentive and wonderful throughout our stay.On the menu front, the drinks were expertly crafted, and the food far exceeded standard bar expectations. The sweet potato fries and crisp fried okra were great, but the Korean fried chicken wings stole the show with their rich, flavorful sauce. Everything was reasonably priced, too.As for the karaoke setup, the AV equipment and overall room layout are stellar. While the built-in music catalog doesn't feature every recent release, they offer a convenient solution: you can stream directly via YouTube on the main display or scan a QR code to queue up songs straight from your phone.It was an outstanding visit start to finish. We will definitely be back! 🎤

Rooms have excellent sound quality and the music selection device works incredibly. If there's songs not on the main app, you can pull up youtube.The main app has an option to turn on and off the vocals from the singer.

Great spot! Rented the larger room for my daughter’s birthday party and had a blast. Customer service was top tier with several separate checks. Looking forward to booking again.

I had a awesome!!! Time here Friday night with family. We had rsvp one of their private rooms, a celebration for my sister! & her husband. It was amazing doing the karaoke! Their rsvp rooms are nice!! More like royalty rooms. The inside is clean & very attractive to the customers eye. we would love to come back again. Our servers were very attentive and checked in on us periodically. Their wings! Are a 10. We had teriyaki and I think hot wings & other sides but those teriyaki wings! I got to have again! Lol
