Joey came to our work to do some fire safety training. He was very personable and also knowledgeable. I learned some great things about fire safety at work and even some home safety pointers. I recently brought 12 fire extinguishers in for service and asked for them to please recertify these and if they cannot be recertified without additional cost to please reach out to me. When I can to pick them up 2 days later I was charged for hydrotests at $90 a piece and tear downs and recertifications costing that also cost extra. So I did get all 12 of my extinguishers back in working order,but I was charged over $200 more than I expected. I may consider coming back here, but will likely be looking for someone else as I feel like they took it upon themselves to do expensive work I didn’t ask for.UPDATE: I was contacted by the business and offered to be credited part of the cost of the additional services to use towards future services. I really appreciate that and will certainly be doing business with these folks again. Less
