Remarkably smooth end-to-end process. Booked, was assigned a tech the next day who called to let me know when he'll arrive (on time!), clear explanations of process and Oswaldo was exceptionally efficient, affable and left the place spotless after pulling out years of dust out of both the HVAC and dryer systems.

Jeffery came out to clean our air ducts! He texted me when he we 30 minutes away from arriving. He showed up on time and was polite. He took his time cleaning the air ducts and did a great job! He also cleaned out our dryer vent! Thanks for doing a great job!

I just needed dryer vent cleaning. Thank goodness I did as mice had eaten into the pipe and had a thruway into my house. I t was awful. But Lowe's cleaned it all out as I beelined upstairs away from the mess. Now I not only have a new pipe, but they put a cage across the opening of the pipe outside. My dryer now smells great and is very dry. With the hold in the pipe, which I could not see, the wet clothes could not dry properly and left the dryer wet. Ugh. From now on I will have this dryer cleaned yearly.
