Belman H. was my technician. He gave me a call when he was on his way and was able to complete the service in a rapid but thorough manner. I have an older home and he was able work through the tight spaces and corners necessary to clean the dryer vent. I've recommended Lowe's to my neighbors for their HVAC and dryer vent cleaning and will continue to use them
