Omar was our technician and he did a very thorough job. We have 2 AC units and a lot of intakes and vents and also had our dryer vent cleaned, which is vented up the wall to the roof. We were shocked at how much stuff came out of that vent! In fact we had an error message on our dryer that said there was a problem and it’s running smooth now. I also appreciated the before and after photos. They are done with a phone and Omar shared as he went and we also received all of them afterward. It would be cool to see what the ducts looked like further up the line. Overall very pleased with the work and the results and would recommend Lowe’s.

Belman did a fantastic job cleaning the ducts and providing photos to show the amount of dust that had accumulated. He went above and beyond and even cleaned out our whole house humidifier. Highly recommend Lowe’s Air Duct!

I recently had my air vent cleaned out. Thank to Jaime!He was very professional and knowledgeable. He helped me understand what the problem was. Very detailed and showed me the problem. I recently bought a new gas dryer and it stopped working because as the company told me and suggested my air vent might be clogged. Of course I’m not an expert so I called Lowe’s air duct and was so happy that they could come to my area. One week was too long to go without a dryer. Again Jaime took his time and even showed me the end results of how the air should be flowing out and through. I would strongly recommend this company . I did the research and was so glad I chose them.
