I honestly didn't even know what to expect, having never even thought about cleaning vents on any of our past homes. But, when our dryer alert went off that it needed cleaning, we did a little research and discovered Lowe's. But not only did we have them clean the dryer hose, but also the ducts throughout the house, based on a recommendation from a friend. And wow were the before and after photos enlightening. Even better than that, the person they sent over was incredibly polite, considerate and meticulous. Hence my 5 star review. Less
