Mr. Ortiz went above and beyond what was required to clean out our dryer duct. He dismantled, inspected and fixed a faulty dryer duct vent recently installed on our roof. He checked out other faulty ducts on our roof, and gave us advice on what next steps we need to take to address the other ducts. Ivan did a great job cleaning the ducts in our house. The past owners have had pets and I don't think the ducts were ever cleaned based on the pictures. Now we have sparkling clean ducts and I think it will be so much better for our family! We would definitely call them the next time we need our ducts cleaned ☺️ Less
