I used these guys to spray for spiders and the tech that came out was very thorough, professional and accommodating. I had a small job under the house that I wasn't wild about doing, (spiders under there) and the tech put his coveralls on, crawled under my house and not only took care of it for me, but he did an excellent job at no extra cost. I cannot thank Sud Pest Control enough. My Mom had over 20 bites from bed bugs on her one night & just as many the next. My son-in-law found the brothers of Spud Pest Control and they were truly a blessing from Heavenly Father! My Dad had passed on Monday and my Mom was devastated, as we all were, by Wednesday they were out inspecting and sprayed the house on Friday. They were very sensitive to my family just losing my Dad earlier in the week and my Mom being so upset about bed bugs because she cleans all the time. By day three of my Mom being home she was seeing no bugs. But more importantly my Mom did not get one bite after she came home. They explained the process to us completely and answered so many questions off hours that we had. They truly are the most caring professionals I have ever met. Their prices are so affordable. Which was the blessing as we were taken care of my Dad's funeral expenses at the same time.They did a second spray two weeks later, to make sure we got everything. Spud Pest control did a fabulous job. Brock and Blake are very personable and kind. I opted to try a one time treatment and they did not pressure me to continue nor sign up for the monthly service. Blake went the extra mile and noticed that perhaps my dryer is venting into my crawl space. That is not his job however, he noticed and being concerned he told me. I had a phenomenal experience with Blake and Brock from Spud Pest Control! I put out an SOS call for an “invasion” of hornets and wasps that I had not been able to control. They came same day, were very thorough and reasonable, and extremely service oriented! They communicated well and were even early for a late afternoon appt. Can’t recommend them enough! (Especially after calling another service 2 x without getting a response.) I live above Carlin Bay around the C’dA Lake and they are based in C’dA/Post Falls & didn’t mind traveling out here. I couldn't even reach a real person on the first company, and the second company went to some strange off site call center which was super weird to me!!! I called Spud Pest Control next and finally I spoke to a real actual human being who was LOCAL! Turns out I was speaking to one of the owners/technicians... wow, even better! He answered all of my questions thoroughly and was so patient and kind!!! Blake came out within 3 days and did a fantastic job. He was very professional and easy to talk to and be around. We walked around the property and he pointed out 3 wasp nests that were active that we didn't even know about! This is why you need professionals, and not the DIY kit Pestie or the DIY stuff from Home Depot. These are professionals that have a special eye for the things we cant see! They have special tools and equipment because this is their line of work. Within a couple of minutes of them leaving after the treatment, there were already hundreds of dead/dying spiders and pincher bugs... EEW! The treatment worked right away and the spray they use is pet and children friendly which is really important to us. It's affordable and an important investment for your home.
