Out of all the contractors that came to do the initial quote, they were the most easy to communicate! We had a roof leak that was pretty bad where it was flooding through the drywall. They were quick to finish and understanding of people needing to move back. They did the remediation and restoration promptly and the finished room looks great! They also put back all the furniture with no damages. Thanks again!

I had water damage again in both my master bedroom and my downstairs dining room from a roof leak this last winter. I hired Green Restoration Solutions to complete both the mold remediation and reconstruction work on my house.Emerson Molina and his crew did an excellent job in removing the mold damaged areas. They were on time, polite, and very professional. They sealed off the mold impacted areas in plastic and made sure all my home belongings were protected during the mold removal process. Final results were impressively clean and mold free, verified by a final testing report. I then hired this company to rebuild my house back to its original condition. Emerson and his crew came in and did all drywall work, painting, carpet replacement, and laminate flooring replacement. Emerson is a true master at completing drywall work and then painting the ceiling and walls to match the existing surfaces. They also did an excellent job in replacing the damaged carpet and the damaged laminate flooring. As a homeowner, it really makes the job a lot easier dealing with one contractor with so many skills. I will definitely use Green Restoration Solutions again for future repair projects.
