Update - Dined again July and Sept 2026The food, service and dining experience was as good as our previous visits. Look forward to our next!Having attended a wine tasting event in August 2025, we were looking for somewhere to eat and were advised by one of the other guests to "go to Mila" and we are glad we took her advice. So much so, that when we attended a similar event in November 2025 (on a Friday evening again) we went back to Mila.The attentive level of service and food, were consistently good on both occasions.We had the Mixed Grill the first time we dined here and it was so tasty and well seasoned we had it on our return (and added Chicken wings and Pan Fried Tiger Prawns on our last visit in Sept 2026)The Mixed Grill consists of:Adana,lamb shishchicken shishlamb chops andchicken wings.Served with a bowl of rice (see picture for size) and some salad (with lots of grated carrot and red cabbage).On both occasions we had not booked and they thankfully managed to seat us within minutes. In November having arrived past 21:30 (which we were advised is their last order time) the Manager welcomed us warmly, found us a table and we were not made to feel rushed in the slightest.If you are craving tasty Turkish cuisine and are in the Loughton area (under 10 mins from Loughton Central Line station) , be sure to give Mila a try.
