It was our first time tackling a renovation, and in a condominium no-less in San Francisco. Our neighbors used Marcos, Mario and crew and when we saw the work they did in their place, we wanted to talk to him. We had interviewed a number of other contractors to get bids and do our due-diligence but in the end we chose Marcos and we are SO happy we did.Not only did our neighbors like working with him, but our building management did as well. Any sort of renovation can be stressful but Marcos is a gem in this area. He calmed my nerves from the start and throughout the project. If any issue arose, which happens when you are opening walls, his problem solving skills were on-point. He is not only a warm and welcoming person but a technically gifted contractor. We had interior designers we worked with and when they were questioning on how to solve an issue, he had the experience, knowledge and design skills on how to we would make it work.We renovated all three full bathrooms in our unit so he and his crew were around for a bit as we couldn’t do all three at one time. They were always courteous, on-time, and clean- which living with construction is so very important.When you are spending that much time and money on a project, you want to feel good about it and they came through. We are so happy with the work they did that we have referred him to friends (who are just about to start working on a project with him) and neighbors.We feel so lucky that we met and worked with Marcos. As I mentioned, this can be a stressful process to go through and you want someone competent to work with and as an added bonus, he is just through-and-through a great person.Attaching pictures of the work he did!Thank you Marcos, Mario, Mauricio, Avi, Lalo, and all of the rest of the crew!

We have completed multiple projects with Ramos Construction, including structural exterior work and fine finish interior work. Marcos and his team always deliver a great product at very high quality. They do not cut corners, care about their work, and are respectful of our home and neighbors. Issues always arise during remodeling projects, and when they do Marcos is easy to work with and creative in finding cost effective solutions. I would give him six stars if it were an option.
