Not helpful in any way, coach is a terrible teacher and a terrible guy and would single me out constantly when I attended, would make me sit out for not doing things his way and refusing to correct me would even yell at me for getting things wrong when I would ask what to do better he would ignore me and tell me to sit down and not do any more! Coach would do this until I started crying which I would beg him to tell me what I was doing wrong but he would just get pissed and tell me I can't do anymore the rest of the session. This would happen almost every time I went. It got so bad I had to stop going because I just wasn't learning anything! Maybe some people had good experiences with him, but I was definitely not one of them! There is nothing that can be done about this now so enjoy the review coach. Also, your response to this was 100% AI not a great look.
